NTP-24-Series – multi-port rackmount data protector. The PWNTP24 has been designed to provide transient protection for multi-port CAT5 network devices such as hubs, routers, and other arrays (individual ports may also be used to protect individual pieces of equipment). The unit protects only pairs 1/2 and 3/6, allowing nonnetwork use for the remaining pairs such as telephone, video and intercom.

NTP-24-Series – single port rackmount data protector. The PWCAT5 Network Transient Protector (NTP) is designed to provide protection for CAT5 computer networks up to 100 MHz. The unit provides protection for all signal pairs of a CAT5 cable. The unit is simply used in place of the existing patch cable from an RJ45 network connection to workstation or peripheral network device. The device protects workstations, printers, servers, hubs or any other protocol-compatible device from potentially damaging or dangerous voltages, regardless of their source. The device cannot protect against data errors caused by an interfering source.
